- US Department of Transportation (DOT) Policies
We handle the entire claims process, including documentation, communication, and legal action, if required.
- User Responsibilities
By using ClaimFlights.us, Users agree to:
- Provide accurate flight details, including flight numbers, dates, and booking references.
- Supply necessary supporting documents such as boarding passes, tickets, and receipts.
- Avoid pursuing the same claim directly with the airline once ClaimFlights.us begins the process.
- Inform ClaimFlights.us immediately if compensation is received directly from the airline.
- No Win, No Fee Policy
- ClaimFlights.us operates on a No Win, No Fee policy.
- If a claim is successful, a service fee (percentage of the awarded compensation) will be deducted before transferring funds to the User.
- If the claim is unsuccessful, no fees will be charged.
- Payment Terms
- Compensation payments will be processed via secure payment channels.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
- ClaimFlights.us is not liable for delays caused by incorrect payment information provided by the User.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on ClaimFlights.us, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and branding materials, is protected by copyright laws.
